Your questions, answered.

A few practical details about Could Be images.

What are Could Be images?+

Could Be images show how your property could look with cosmetic or design changes, such as new décor, furniture, colours, finishes or landscaping. They are concept images and are clearly presented as visualisations rather than photographs of the property as it currently exists.

How many photos can I send?+

Choose the package that matches the number of images you need: Mini – up to 5 photos, Standard – up to 10 photos, Complete – up to 20 photos. Each photo you send is used to create one transformed concept image.

What photos should I upload?+

Use clear, well-lit property photos that show as much of the room or exterior as possible. We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB each.

When do I pay?+

Pay upfront through Stripe after uploading your photos and choosing your package. Work begins after payment is confirmed.

Can I request changes?+

Yes. Every package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within your chosen transformation style. On your preview page, mark the images you would like changed and tell us what to adjust.

Will the finished image match my actual property?+

We aim to keep the existing room or property structure recognisable while showing possible cosmetic improvements. Because these are concept visualisations, some details may differ from what could be achieved in real life.

How do I receive my images?+

We email you a private link to watermarked previews of your images. Approve them to unlock your clean, full-resolution images, or tell us what to change.

How long does it take?+

Your previews are usually ready within 3 working days of payment. This is a guide rather than a guarantee. If your order will take longer, we will let you know.

Why are my previews watermarked?+

Previews carry a GaffMotion watermark so you can review them before approving. As soon as you approve, your clean, full-resolution images unlock. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your previews, they unlock automatically.

Can I use the images in a property listing?+

Yes, but they should be clearly identified as concept visualisations so viewers understand they show what the property could look like rather than its current condition.

Do you offer refunds?+

You can cancel for a full refund before we start work on your images. If you are still unhappy after your 2 revision rounds, you can ask for a 50% refund before you approve your final images. See our Refund Policy for full details.
