The service
GaffMotion creates property concept images from customer-supplied photographs using visualisation and editing. The service does not include a property visit or photography session.
Could Be images are concept visualisations intended to illustrate possible cosmetic or design changes. They may include features, finishes or alterations that do not currently exist. Structural work, extensions and other alterations may require professional advice and/or planning permission.
Ordering and payment
You upload your photos, choose a package and pay upfront through Stripe. Prices are shown in euro. Work begins after your payment is confirmed.
Previews and delivery
Your watermarked previews are usually ready within 3 working days of payment. This is a guide rather than a guarantee. Previews are for review only: you may not use them, or remove or obscure the watermark. When you approve your previews, or 14 days after your latest previews if we have not heard from you, your clean, full-resolution images unlock through a secure private link that works for 30 days, so please download and save them.
Revisions
Every package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within your chosen transformation style, requested on your preview page.
Cancellations and refunds
When you order, you ask us to start work as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can cancel for a full refund before work starts, but not once it has begun. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, revisions and refunds in full.
Your photographs and information
You must have permission to supply the images and any branding or text you ask us to use. Please provide accurate property information and tell us about any features that must be represented carefully.
Using your concept images
Concept images show possible changes, not the current condition of the property. If you use them in a listing or advertisement, label them clearly as concept images and keep accurate photographs of the property alongside them.
Showing your images
If you tick the optional box when ordering, you allow GaffMotion to use your original photos and concept images on its website and social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing sales@gaffmotion.com. Customer reviews are only published if you agree when leaving one.
